clients (non-Federal contractors), typically, do not
have to follow the strict rules and audit trail requirements
of Federal contractors. That does not mean that they
do not have rules, regulations and procedures; only
that there is not common set of rules, regulations
and procedures that can be preprogrammed to accommodate
the majority of the users. Commercial installations
must take into account such things as individual corporate
policies and procedures, client time and expense reporting
requirements, outside auditor's requirements, and
state and local laws and regulations.
Accommodating
the needs of business
To accomodate the complexities of
Commercial Business, SageTExT Time is designed
with nearly 50 parameters that are set during implementation
to allow each client to have a custom configuration
without the added expense and time delays of custom
programming.
SageTExT implementation
analysts will work with the client's representatives
during the first several days of the implementation
process to define and set these parameters. Once the
parameters are set, the "interfaces/bolt-ons"
will be established with the firm's Accounting, HR,
Payroll, and project costing systems. Any data needing
converting from the old system to SageTExT will be
processed and the final acceptance testing will be
performed. Finally the client's trainers will be trained
and the roll out of the systems to everyone in the
organization will begin.

accepts data from your HR and accounting system so
that our tables and files contain only authorized
employees and contractors, and legal (open/active)
projects & tasks. Expense types, locations and
other information can also be configured to match
your existing system.

conversion of data.
